The iron-on image is printed with an inkjet printer then transferred by pressing the paper onto fabric or other surfaces with a household iron.
The decal image is printed on an inkjet printer and the paper is sprayed or painted with lacquer or other clear coating (you supply).
Room-light processes require a full-size transparency. The simplest method is to make one with an injket printer or laser copier.
